Account: A unique account created for you to access our Service or parts of our Service.

Application: Arise, the software program provided by the Company.

Usage Data:
Collected automatically when using the Service, including your Device’s IP address, operating system, app version, time and duration of usage, and interaction data with features like workouts, challenges, or quests.
Information Collected While Using the Application:
With your prior permission, we may collect:
Camera and Photo Library Access: To allow you to create your Player Card, upload physique images for personalized training programs, or save your workout share images.
Activity Data: Exercise logs, metrics (e.g., total volume, sets, reps, streaks), and progress tracking.
Notifications Data: For reminders, quest progress, and motivational updates.
This data may be transmitted to our analytics and notification platforms such as AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, and OneSignal to improve user experience, app performance, and engagement.
Use of Your Personal Data
We may use your Personal Data for the following purposes:
Personalized Training Programs: To analyze your physique, experience level, and fitness goals in order to create custom workout programs.
Progress Tracking: To display your progress, XP, ranks, and achievements in the app.

Children’s Privacy
Arise is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under this age. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us for immediate deletion.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. You will be notified of any significant changes via in-app notice or email. The latest version will always be available in the app and on our website.
