Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Arise mobile application ("Service") operated by StealthCompany, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscription and Payments

Arise offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions managed via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings. Refunds are subject to the policies of the applicable app store.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (e) use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others; or (f) impersonate any person or entity.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and the overall design, are the exclusive property of StealthCompany, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service (such as profile photos or workout logs). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

7. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

The Service provides fitness-related content for informational and motivational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program. You use the Service and perform any exercises entirely at your own risk. The Company is not liable for any injury, illness, or damage resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StealthCompany, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StealthCompany, LLC and its officers, members, managers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notice or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
